If you are coming to see us as a new patient, you will have been referred to us by your dentist, your GP or another health professional. When you visit us for the first time, we will look at your teeth and we may need an X-ray of your teeth. At this examination, we will be able to tell you whether you need orthodontic treatment and if the NHS will fund this treatment.
Private orthodontic treatment is also available within the department and details of this can be provided at your request after your consultation.
