Please note: All accommodation is for one guest with the exception of Pendragon and Relatives B&B Rooms which can accommodate up to two guests.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy will apply as soon as you have completed your booking.
If you wish to cancel your reservation at any time 24 hours prior to your arrival please simply let us know by calling us on 01935 383459 or email accommodation@ydh.nhs.uk
Refunds will always be given if more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation has been received. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to your arrival or you fail to arrive for your booking then no refunds will be given.
Failing to turn up on the day of your booking will result in your booking being automatically cancelled.
