When someone you care for needs to go into hospital, it can be a worrying and stressful time. At Yeovil Hospital we have developed a Carers’ Charter, confirming our commitment to working with carers and ensuring their needs are met whilst the person they care for is in hospital.
We recognise that carers are essential to the wellbeing and recovery of patients. Carers have individual circumstances and varied skills that need to be taken into account when we are planning patient care, so please discuss your individual situation with our ward staff.
