At Yeovil Hospital we are recognised as one of the most innovative and forward-thinking NHS Trusts in the country. Like many Trusts in 2017 we needed to look at a different way of filling our nursing vacancies and embarked on an overseas programme of recruitment. The success of this programme can not only be measured by the 0 vacancy rate across our wards, an average saving of £200K per month on nursing agency spend but also by the amazing feedback on the calibre of nurses that joined our Yeovil Hospital Family.

As a result of our own successes we have built a recruitment service that has supported over 1000 nurses on their journey to the UK within the last 18 months. As a team the support does not stop there as we also boast one of the highest 1^st time OSCE pass rates across the UK with a dedicated team of trainers supporting both our own candidates and external candidates from as far away as Scotland.
