| Bonus Payment Bank only staff will receive an extra bonus of £400 when they have worked 200+ hours in the 6 month qualifying periods. Substantive staff who hold a Bank contract will receive an extra bonus of £400 when they have worked 100+ Bank hours in the 6 month qualifying periods: 1 February – 31 July 1 August – 31 January | Bonus Payment – Bank only staff will receive an extra bonus of £400 when they have worked 200+ hours in the 6 month qualifying periods.
