Welcome to the Medicines Formulary of Yeovil Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
The Medicines Formulary is a list of medicines which have been approved for use in Yeovil Hospital. These medicines can be prescribed when treatment is initiated for hospital patients under national and local guidelines and policies. It has been produced and developed as an advisory/guidance tool to support safe and cost-effective prescribing whilst aiming to ensure the optimum use of medicines throughout the locality.
