Over the years the charity has run a number of appeals, raising money for specific areas within the hospital. Recent appeals have included the Flying Colours Appeal and the CT Scanner Appeal. The Flying Colours Appeal funded a brand new state-of-the-art Special Care Baby Unit. We now have a fantastic new unit with lots of space for families, but equipment to help support babies who are unwell is always needed, so please let us know if you wish to support this part of the hospital.
The CT Scanner Appeal paid for a second CT Scanner, which has dramatically reduced waiting times here at Yeovil. The radiology team have a whole range of scanning equipment to buy and maintain every year, so if you want to support our radiology services, all donations will be very gratefully received.
