Patient Voice, formerly Public Participation Group (PPI), are a small team of volunteers who carry out the “Your Care” ward based questionnaires.

Each member is designated a ward, which includes attending their Peer Reviews and members are rotated on an annual basis.

In addition, we carry out specific pieces of work where necessary, which include mealtime observations and noise at night environment issues.
